All I really want is for when I have a crash or automatic re-start due to update installations, for instance, my notepad revision is auto-saved.  I have the Autosave plugin…My (simple?) question is…</p>
<p dir="auto">So when I use Notepad++ to generate a text file, and I “Save as” the default looks to be “Normal text file (*.txt)”, just like if I am saving a normal notepad file.  Do these "Normal text file"s autosave or is there a trick I am missing?  Can’t seem to find direction anywhere?</p>
