<![CDATA[Exception WM_CREATE]]>Hello.

Have used NotePad++ for years.
It’s great.

Since yesterday, it will no longer open

A small window open saying that there is an Exception WM_Create

Any ideas?

still thinking that it might be related to the AVAST update.
Could you try uninstall AVAST, reboot machine and restest?
