not easily and officially not supported.
But you can add it to the context menu of scintilla. (edit popup context menu)

But I like the idea of also adding it to the Tab context menu.

But I don’t seem to find this command anywhere else.
And here is a question: can it be added to the context menu of file tabs? (I.e. where “Close”, “Close All BUT This” and other commands are.)

you are kidding aren’t you? Npp uses the same shortcut as firefox does.
