<![CDATA[Issue with encoding in htaccess]]>hi!
i’ve, eg, this in my htaccess: “😂” and i can see only if file is in utf 8 without bom.
but when i save and reopen, i see again in ascii and this will become: “ðŸ˜‚”

ill set utf8 from default in: config, preference, new document > set also when open ansi file (sorry, my install is in ita, ill try to translate…), but, indeed, notepad++ still open in ansi mode.

someone can help me with this? i’ve breack (isn’t the first time) some code block cause of this) :|
