<![CDATA[Session Manager Plugin 1.4.2.0 comes up as blank item in Plugins Menu]]>For some reason the Session Manager 1.4.2.0 is coming up as a blank menu item in the Plugins menu beginning with Notepad 7.2.1 (I am currently using 7.2.2).

Has anyone experienced this?
Is it a known issue?
Could it be a configuration problem?
(I removed the Session Manager Plugin and deleted all of its configuration files, then reinstalled it, with no effect)
Is there an update that fixes this?
