<![CDATA[File is too big to be opened by Notepad++ Issue]]>I am just trying out Notepad++ v7.3.3 to open a big password list file from here https://haveibeenpwned.com/Passwords but NotePad++ is saying “File is too big to be opened by Notepad++”!

Is Notepad++ trying to open the whole file into memory, or does it have the ability stream portions of the file to view?

No.

With files that large you are better off using an editor specifically made to handle large files.
