On other computers I get an Open dialog, but not on my main PC.  It is Windows 10 and everything is current and up to date.<br />
Not seeing anything in any of the Windows Event Logs.  Found some references to ShellEx issues and ran some cleanup processes, but no change.  Any idea how to figure out what is failing or how to fix it?</p>
