When i tray to align the olumns using hte TextFX tool i get the following error message. “This tool requires exactly one character in the clipboard.” When i have searched for what should be selected it shows either semi-colons, commas or space bars.

I must not be following the instructions i found online correctly because i continue to get the error message.
