<![CDATA[Cannot save updated/modified file.]]>Each time I tried to save an updated/modified notepad++ file , i will get error " the file is already opened in the notepad++" and cannot saved the file . Or in the other words, I only can create new file but cannot save modified file.
This problem started out of sudden . I tried to unstall and install new version of Notepad++.
The problem still there and I cannot save updated file . Please help me !

could it be that you try to save the file with saveas instead of save?
