<p dir="auto">Usually, the text files we want to search is below 1MB, so if there’s a file size filter for “find in files” function, it will be much easier for us to search.</p>
<p dir="auto">You may think that I can use the file extensions filter to filter out binary files. But sometimes we don’t know what files will contains the text and what binary files are in the directory.</p>

Your best course of action would be to create a <a href="https://notepad-plus-plus.org/community/topic/15741/faq-desk-feature-request" rel="nofollow ugc">feature request</a> for this if the same one doesn’t already exist (search first before creating new).</p>
