I am having confusion when I see the release notes. So is it a security update based on the bug fixes and (EU-FOSSA) remark?
The release notes does not disclose any CVEs. Does that mean its not a security update and could be just considered as security enhancement? According to security compliance, is it considered as security update or just a functional update?
