<![CDATA[Search is broken]]>Hello,

I’ve a lot of “new XXX” windows open. When I search for something I get results. When I click on the result I get “Create new file” C:\Program Files\Notepad++\new 13 doesn’t exist. Should the file be created?
(translated from german Windows version)

Can you please fix it.

Happens on 2 Computers.

Thnx. I’m not sure but it seems to me that also not all files are displayed in the search result. Also a known bug?

not that i currently know of, at least nothing reported here or at the notepad++ issue tracker.

yes, you are correct, sorry about the inconvenience.

this is a known issue #5393 of notepad++ 7.6.4.

this was fixed in 658025 and the fix will be available at the upcoming notepad++ version 7.6.6. release.
