With the new versions There is no possibilty to confirm save function with a keyboard hotkey; Is it possible to add them again ?

I wouldn’t really call it a “bug”.
It was more of the Save dialog being changed to add Yes to All and No to All features.
The keycombos to control it were just a little bit late to the party, so that they’d be automatically there by default.
An end user could always have added them in at any time by editing the language translation xml files.

What version do you have? (? menu, Debug Info, and paste it into your reply)

Because with v7.8.9, in that dialog, if I hit “Y” for Yes, it will properly save before it exits:
