<p dir="auto">I’ve tried everything in ctrl+shft+F, but I cannot figure out how to replace those 3 lines.</p>

<p dir="auto">There’s also the question about whether you want to JUST delete the lines containing those words/strings or “replace” as you stated later on. Replacement signifies that you want some “other” string in place of the selected lines. That would complicate the solution somewhat.</p>

<p dir="auto">PS as well as looking at the solution <a class="plugin-mentions-user plugin-mentions-a" href="/user/alan-kilborn" aria-label="Profile: Alan-Kilborn">@<bdi>Alan-Kilborn</bdi></a> suggested also look at Regex documentation <a href="https://community.notepad-plus-plus.org/topic/15765/faq-desk-where-to-find-regular-expressions-regex-documentation">here</a>. Both your posts were very vague on substance with regards regex and the ctrl-shift-F. It would be in your best interest to start learning how to create regexes.</p>
