<p dir="auto">I went searching on Google and got an answer in less than 1 minute, you could have done the same.<br />

<p dir="auto">It would seem these are diagnostic files generated by Windows which may help to sort out application issues. They appear to be shrunk, so they may be “binary” in nature (from the website … written to a log and stored in a compressed binary format in order to reduce the amount of space occupied). If so then Notepad++ is the wrong application to open them.</p>
<p dir="auto">Do some research on the Internet to establish what you should be using instead to read the content.</p>
