<![CDATA[Can't open any kind of file if I´ll do right click on them]]>Hi everyone, hope you are doing okey.
I´m having this problem with all the files I try to open with right-click --> notepadd++, from a simple .txt or even something more dedicated.

Any suggestions to solve this problem?, I try with the cmd console using scannow command but nothing happens, configure NP with admin permissions nothing either.

I don’t have a solution, but questions.

Can you provide the Notepad++ version. Open it and use the ?, then debug info. Copy that and paste it here. Reference this post.

Also can you try some files in different folders, especially in folders close to the root such as c:\.

There have been issues in the past with paths including filename exceeding somewhere around 256 characters, but your image doesn’t appear to show it close to that number.
