The default extensions for a given language cannot be edited in the GUI. Instead, following the “Editing Config Files” sequence, edit
%AppData%\Notepad++\langs.xml
, save, and restart Notepad++. After that,
tab
won’t be in the list of default extensions in the extended crontab entry of the Style Configurator, and
.tab
should render as normal text instead of extended crontab syntax.
