If what you call “magnitude” is the number of victims, that’s fake.
There’s less than 150k dead, including soldiers, civilians, israeli, palestinians, who were killed in West Bank, Gaza, and Israel since October 7, 2023. The population of Gaza increased by dozens of thousands of persons at the same time.

There’s over 500k ruSSian invaders turned into fertilizer in Ukraine since February 2022.
There’s also over 100k Ukrainian soldiers murdered by the ruSSian soldiers, since February 2022.
There’s over 15k ukrainian civilians killed in the free parts of Ukraine due to ruSSian bombings.
There’s an unknown number of ukrainian killed by ruSSians in occupied places (example : between 8k and 80k civilans have been murdered in Marioupol, but we can’t know exactly).
There’s a negligible number of ruSSian civilians killed.

So there’s at least 650k death due to the ruSSian invasion of Ukraine.

There’s also about 1M severly wounded ruSSian soldiers, about 400 severly wounded ukrainian soldiers, at least 20k (over 700k according to ruSSian officials, who didn’t use these words of course) ukrainian children kidnapped and deported by ruSSia in its own land in “re-education camps” who are then sent in pro-putin families if not in the ruSSian army, and over 10M displaced (6M to foreign countries, 4M inside Ukraine).

You can note that the Genocide Convention defines “genocide” as (source : Wikipedia) :

The invasion of Ukraine could be a genocide (some countries recognize it), because there’s clearly the intention of destroying the national group of Ukrainians, by using the (a), (b), ©, and (e) methods.
