Like Notepad++, this plugin has moved from SourceForge to GitHub too but the NPP Plugin Manager needs some time to update it’s internal download URLs. Until then, you can download the plugin manually:

  1. Close Notepad++ (if opened)
  2. Download: https://github.com/StanDog/npp-phpautocompletion/raw/master/RELEASES/ccc_1.4.1.zip
  3. Extract and overwrite file ccc.dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\plugins\

This problem will be fixed in the near future.
