About UTF-8 encoding...

From this recent post, I decided to create a post to give some very basic facts about the
UTF-8encoding.I tried to keep the same colors as in this Wikipedia article :

In the second snapshot, below, you’ll see an example of :

A character coded with
1hexadecimal byte -
A character coded with
2hexadecimal bytes -
A character coded with
3hexadecimal bytes -
A character coded with
4hexadecimal bytes
