Redact Selection feature

Hello all,

I’ve just tested the new Redact Selection feature with, both a proportional font ( Arial ) and with a fixed width font ( Consolas )

So in a new tab, I wrote two groups of two lines with 10 characters I on a line and ten characters W on next line.

With a proportional font :

• I did a column mode selection of 2 × 7 chars, at the beginning of the first I within the fourth group

• I added the 10 letters I of the second group to my selection, using the Ctrl key

• I added the 10 letters W of the second group to my selection, using again the Ctrl key

• I ran the Edit > On selection > Redact Selection command

With a fixed width font :

• I repeated the same process

For each test, I indicated, within the first and third groups, the different selections done !
