Why do Notepad++ keep the "Move to recycle bin" delete prompt?

I mean, it literally says “Move to recycle bin”, not “Delete forever”.
Windows removed it’s prompt when deleting files starting with Windows 10.
What is the reason Notepad++ still keeps these prompts?
