Notepad++ and capital letters

Hello I am working on my web site and can not change between Upper case and Lower case letters it’s all lower case no matter what I do. And under edit the Convert to case function is greyed out. You can see what I am talking about at www.g-linehobbies.com the text under the logo any help would be appreciated.
