Relative paths in config files!

Hello! I want to offer make it possible to use relative paths in the configuration files. And also create a variable like NPP_DIRECTORY but for configs(e.g. %install_folder% or something like this).
This would make the process of portablesation much more convenient and easier!
Some of settings(e.g. “stylerTheme”) have a full path to file sometheme.xml as parameter, what not suitable for differents location of NPP on separate computers.
