VHDL "Block Uncomment" does nothing

VHDL “Block Comment” does the same thing as “Single Line Comment” when multiple lines are selected.
That is OK since there is no “block comment” in VHDL.
The problem is that “Block Uncomment” does nothing!
Multiple lines must be uncommented with “Single Line Uncomment” (it works with multiple lines selected).

I would prefer that the comment characters are placed at the beginning of the line, instead of just before the first printable character.
