Bug: View text LTR or RTL causes all the other tabs to change, although some tabs are English LTR and others Hebrew RTL

Hello Moshe-Flam,
it is not a bug, it is how it works currently. It’s a general setting which affects all documents.
You can get around this by installing python script plugin and writing a little script.

What needs to be done first is described here.
Just in case that you haven’t installed python script plugin yet, I would propose to use the MSI package instead of using the plugin manager.
And I 've already done the script it self as seen here, but be sure to read the whole thread to get the fixes of the problem encountered.
