    Notepad++ won't open when plugin is not working

      I tried to compare 2 binary files by using the plugin called compare tool or whatsoever. The files are not vry big, they are all around 800kb, but the plugin couldn’t handle them so it would freeze the interface forever.
      The problem is that I cannot use Notepad++ anymore, every time I try to start it, it will try to load the compare view and it will freeze again.
      Please fix it.

        Pavel Nedev has been doing wonders to the Compare Plugin.
        The repo is here, and you can download the latest development version here.

          Hello again,

          Close NPP.
          Replace your CustomizeToolbar.dll (in the plugins folder) with the new DLL.
          Delete your Compare.ini (in the Config folder).
          Start NPP.

          With the new version you can cancel a running Compare.
