Themes are not appeared under Standard user, only under Admin

Hi,
I’m siting in my Windows PC under Standard User, having another account for Admin permission. Just noticed that Notepad++ installation left /themes under Admin’s AppData, but not under Standard User. In order to have different theme I had to copy the folder manually from Admin’s folder.

A bug?
