Use NPP accross multiple PCs

Hi all
I have been using NPP for years, and I love the session backup. I, like many others out there, use this feature to store notes.
Session backup is stored in AppData\Roaming\Notepad++, which - in theory - should allow auto syn across all my machines while logged in with the same user. Alas, this doesn’t happen.I tried to modify the autoback up folder from settings to make it point to my OneDrive folder, but it is does not allow editing.
Any one can help with a solution or a work around?

one possible solution might be creating a link.
Stop npp. Goto your AppData\Roaming\Notepad++ directory.
rename original backup directroy. Create a link pointing to your onedrive
path but with the name backup.
Can’t test, as I don’t have windows nor onedrive but in theory
it should be possible.Cheers
