Document Map - change scrolling and scaling

Suggestion: Change DocMap scrolling behavior.
Now DocMap is scrolling only if one moves viewport to the DocMap’s top or bottom edge. And it scrolls too fast.
It will be easier to navigate the document if Map will scroll as you drag the viewport so that when viewport reaches the top of DocMap’s window the document is scrolled to the top. And same to the bottom.
The alternative behavior is to scale DocMap to fit whole document’s height.
