"User defined languages" -- website still maintained?

Hello,
because enjoying NPP; the ease to define a new language definition file, and expecting it were useful for other Shelxl users, too , I thought to share the result. I became aware of the aforementioned site (here), yet be a bit puzzled by the “view history” tab; stating a last revision was performed on October 10th, 2014.
The three questions hence are i) if the very website is still maintained, ii) if sending the xml to “cchris” will still be considered to iii) place the xml there.
