View report about files after "Replace with" in directories and select the results

hi. I want to view and select the changes I made in all 500 files with a regex formula. So, is there any possibility to see the changes I made in files after using “Replace in Files” option? A report or something?

Nothing builtin.
I think you need to have a copy of your original files or use tools like svn, git etc… and do a compare afterwards.Cheers
