Request: Better Document Switcher

I’m having a hard time with tabs, neither single line works, nor 4 or so multiline, so finally turned off tab bar and enabled document switcher. It is godsend - allows good use of the widescreen, visible names, great. It is missing just a tiny bit to be a perfect tab bar replacement:
- Arranging documents by drag&drop
- Better visibility of the selected tab (when it loses focus it is barely there)
- Ability to “pin” documents to be always on top/unable to close (same as browsers)
- (totally optional) More sort methods - by file type, by document type (saved - those in blue, unsaved - those in red, etc), by date opened
