suggestion: put "Plugin Manager" at top or bottom of menu

When we click menu-Plugins, the option of “Plugin Manager” appears in a duly sorted sorted order where it should be.
It is a suggestion to put “Plugin Manager” at top or bottom of that menu, maybe add a separator above/ below it for easy identification and quick access.
