Notepad++ x64 Issue

What the issue is, is that there is no x64 plugin manager and so no plugins. Without plugins they might as well just not make an x64 version and just dedicated themselves to making the x86 better on more stable (not that I’m saying it’s not stable, it just has a few small bugs needing squashed).
