      I just noticed that a bug was introduced in 7.4.2. I’m using win32 version, not sure if this is also present in win64.

      In previous versions, when I opened NPP, it opened a blank page with no previous documents loaded. Now, even with the Setting: Recent File History set to “Don’t check at launch time”, NPP opens all files from my previous session. Toggling this setting has no effects.

        I think the setting you’re looking for is Preferences->Backup->“Remember current session for next launch”.

          You’re right, thank you. It must have been re-enabled when I installed the latest version
