Notepadd++ bug with text

I guess this is a bug in notepad++
I’m did open file in Notepad++ and he looks like ‘јкустические системы Canton A45’, when i open same file in Notepad Windows he looks correct ‘Акустические системы Canton A45’.
I deleted Notepad++ (with persanal settings) and install again, but this not fix the problem… I tried change the coding, but this didnt help me to. This text i getting from site with python script and in python this text looks correct.Notepad++ info

Try Encoding -> Character Sets -> Cyrillic -> Windows- 1251
That made it look like your example on my machine. -
