in there itself no need to go for xamp or wamp server
just like sublime text editor
then only notepad++ become very used in all over the world
basic requirement for i think make a new version

checkout nppexec plugin - I assume it can do what you are looking for.
To be honest, it is not very clear to me what exactly you are looking for.
