Apper 'ghost' window npp on windows 10 while using 'Virtual desktop'

It looks like a bug. When I use Npp and change virtual desktop in place where was npp apper ‘ghost’ https://www.screencast.com/t/8CokVwlNR . It appear only when I open Document Map.
