32bit in the Explorer with the right mouse button to open the file will fail, this problem has long ago, and now the problem remains the same, re-install N times are invalid,
Forcing me to only use 64-bit,

32bit的 在檔案總管用滑鼠右鍵開啟檔案都會失敗，這問題很久以前就有了，現在問題依舊，重新安裝N次都無效，
逼得我都只能用64位元的，

OS: win10 Traditional Chinese version
