    Why does npp this site and npp popup winodes hide under w8 taskbar

      on my w8, when I visit this site, lowermost lines of “new post compose” or “reply” windows are remaining hidden below windows taskbar.

      and when I run npp, in a small window (right-below quarter of window),

      1. the ?-About popup that opens
      2. the find/ replace window that opens
        are remaining hidden below windows taskbar.

      I have to more the windows manually up so that lower portion is visible, that is an irritant.

      is it my some setting problem, or is it npp behaviour everywhere? Why so?
