Notepad++ 64Bit support

I wonder why the plugin manager is not installed with 64bit version? Also, the plugins and support for 64Bit is less than 32Bit.
Can we see this support in the future? -

64 bit is an evolutionary step. Darwin says that evolution is a S…L…O…W process… :-D
