Codepages not correctly saves

You want Cyrillic as default language and a different UTF as defaults? Is that what that video was?

I want to open document with the correct encoding, with the same one with which it was saved. On the video, I save the document in “win1251”, and it opens as “macintosh”. I think this is not right. Isn’t it?
