UNC file changes detection don't work correct

I found a post related to administrator mode (on Windows 7+) Annoying-bug, but it is not exact same as mime.
I’m editing a UNC file and windows server timeout, when I click Save, the editor “think” that no privilege and suggest switching to administrator mode, we know it cannot save the file too, and I think that there is a bug, sometimes it lost my changes and just give an empty file there.
