Avast detected uninstall.exe as malware

After update to latest version v7.5.6 (32bit) Avast antivirus detected uninstall.exe as Malware(Win32:Malware-gen).
Is it just false positive or am I pwned?

At the time of sending it has 0/64 detection ratio. -
