      When I try to scroll view by clicking on the scrollbar and dragging it, N++ gives me an error.

      it happens on horizontal and vertical scrollbars… not all the times tho
      and sometimes after message is shown, even mouse scroll is triggering that error

      started with 7.5.9 version
      I’m on win10 x64
