      I am just starting out helping with issues in NP++ stimulated by codetriage.com. I have a ton of development experience, however I don’t want to just jump in and cause waves.

      Are there guidelines for how to deal with issues. Most involve enhancements that could be added, however may by addressed by plugins or later versions of scintilla.

      There are 2000+ issues and part of triage is to close out concerns or requests if there is no necessity.

      Looking for guidelines that the community has or wants to adopt.
