Fixed tab (prevent close) or multiple bar feature request

Hello, i want to propose a big feature request and a small one.

The biggest is a multi bar of open file tabs, the main use is one bar for files of one project and another bar for other project, posibility of close all bar tabs and full restore after (if we can naming a bar might be osom).
How this can be complex, a small alternative can be very usefull, fixed file tab, by right click on tab, fix or unfix the file tab to prevent close, the main use of it, in web dev for example, i fix a tab with hosts file and then open and close other files of websites that i developing.

Of course, thanks the great tool.
