Whats with row 96?

May i know why the cursor is going crazy when I reach row 96?
Its always bounce back to row 95 when i try using mouse/keyboard to move the cursor to the next row.

Dunno what’s the problem. It could help if you told me the version of Notepad ++ you have and your Windows version. To me it works OK, but I don’t have the latest version. Stuff that should help:

• Refresh the program.
• Reinstall the program.
• Wait for a better answer.
• Ask a hacker to aid you.

I first use on ver 7 first time experience the error, now already the latest version for x64 but still have same error. I’m using Windows 10.

Its always have error when i reach row 96, its so hard to move down. So i have to open a new tab for continue my work. When i’m done copy-paste my work on the new tab to previous one and problem solved.

Windows 10 64-bit / Notepad++ from version 6 something - every version including the newest 8. 1 release 64-bit I’ve used and I’ve never seen what you describe.

Please provide your menu “?” => “Debug Info…” and definitive steps to reproduce - what kind of file are you working on, is this a new file you’re creating or an existing file, can you open files longer than 96 lines, what happens then … ?
