Missing important editing settings in v8.1.1

Hi,
I updated to v8.1.1 and see there are some missing options in the preferences editing section such as vertical edge settings.
The following images show the missing features of the new version.
I searched through the rest of the preferences and could not find any of these missing options.

Well if you look at the menu option there is one called "Margins/Border/Edge and within that menu there is a “vertical edge settings” option.
See if that’s what you are looking for.
